Any injury 2 neck: Trauma means some injury & can b many. From mva 2 falls & can happen in many ways esp contact sports. It is an incident 1 can recall happening. It excludes disease as tumors, infection etc. It also excludes sleeping wrong. 1way 2 look at is trauma centers deal with injuries 2 any body part & neck trauma would mean injury 2 that body part.
