Get seen ASAP: Neck injuries are very often associated with head trauma. I would get seen in an ed asap for evaulation.

ER: If one walks into any er in the us right now a ct scan of the cervical spine (bony part of the neck) and likely of the brain will be performed. Keeping the neck immobilized is advisable. Hope its just a bad case of mucus-ligamentous sprain/strain injury. If it turns out to be an unstable neck injury, our spine surgical colleagues will be by your side.
