Unlikely: Side effects of linezolid(zyvox) include diarrhea, nausia, and headache most commonly. Also vomitting, insomnia, constipation, rash, dizziness, bone marrow suppression, seratonin syndrome(fever, agitation, mental changes, tremors), neuropathies, and lactic acidosis. Extreme tiredness is not a reported side effect.
