Yes: Most important is to periodically (every 10-20 minutes) look away from the close computer screen and look off into the distance (across the room, out the window, etc.) for 5-10 seconds before resuming the computer work. Be sure to see you doctor if your symptoms do not improve.

No: But keeping bottles of lubricating eye drops (artificial tears) nearby and using them is a good idea. Dry eye is common with a lot of computer work.
