Could be a.....: Without seeing you there is no way to be sure but it could be an inflamed lymph node or a lipoma. It is best to have it looked at by your doctor at this point.

Oil and cells: The content of a sebaceous cyst is usually sebum (the oil that your skin makes to keep it healthy). With time the sebum can become rancid and indurated like a stone. Cysts may also have skin cells and even hair inside.

Sebaceous Cyst: If you had the mass drained, this does not mean that you had the cyst tissue removed, if that was what it was. You should seek consultation with a dermatologist or plastic surgeon to assess whether or not it is appropriate to have the lesion removed when it is not infected.
