Maybe Infection.: The elevation of neutrophils coukl mean bacterial infection, as these cells are important in fighting this kind of infection. The high hemohlobin seems nonspecific, in abscence of other symptoms and signs. It could possibly mean a polycythemia, one of the porphorias, or a myeloproliferative disorder, which could explain the high neutrophils. It can also be from high altitude. See dr. For more.
