Hard to say: Obviously getting your diabetes under control can only help. Also there are many causes of neuropathy, many not related to diabetes. These must also be ruled out in attempt to improve your condition.

Neuropathy: The neuropathy will likely be unchanged with improved blood sugar control. Good blood sugar control will try to prevent the neuropathy from worsening.
