Miscarriage: This is more than likely a miscarriage. You need to meet with your doctor to see what the next steps will be for you which may mean you need a d&c.

Possible miscarrage: Seek qualified medical advice. The difference between the weeks of pregnancy and the size of the ultrasound result and absence of heartbeat is concerning.
