See Ent if persists: Bleeding from the nose has multiple possible etiologies including, but not limited to being on blood thinners, nasal trauma, inflamed/infected/dry nasal lining, & nasal mass. If bleeding is mild and stops with nose squeezing pressure, try nasal saline rinses 4x/day, humidified air at night, & Bacitracin to septum nightly. See your ENT dr if this persists or bleeding is profuse.
