Sinus or teeth: It is hard to say why you are smelling blood. It could be due to a sinus infection or a problem with your gums or teeth. These would be the top two possibilities, in my view, but other causes are possible as well. So see your primary care doc or your dentist and get examined to find out what is going on and any treatment options there are.
