Retin-a: Oily skin is difficult to treat. Using Alpha hydroxy cleansers and lotions help as well as Retin-A which can be intensely drying for most. Other treatments we have used are the amino levulonic acid and the skin rejuvenation laser to help with this but this is on the aggressive side.

Salicylic acid wash: Wash daily with salicylic wash and a brush. If your towel has makeup on it after washing you are not cleaning your face thoroughly which is why we recommend using a face brush. You will most likely need prescriptions since acne is a life long serious skin ailment and should be treated that way. Avoid sun damage which will worsen the situation.
