No: No, just leave it alone and let things develop naturally. The color of the permanent teeth have nothing to do with the color of the primary (baby) teeth.

Deeply white: Try brushing them with rembrandt deeply white tooth paste and use the deeply white rinse. Both can whiten teeth pretty well.
