You should see a: Foot doctor for an exam. Metatarsals don't get numb. If your medial and lateral cuneiform are hurting i would make sure you don;t have neuropathy or diabetes as one would have to rule out a chariot foot type if you did not suffer any injury, id the foot swollen or hot by any chance?
