Push with q-tip: These "stink balls" are called tonsillolihs (tonsil stones). They are collections of debris in the little holes of the tonsil. They can be removed by pushing next to the white spot with a q-tip. It is also helpful to gargle with a 50:50 mixture of water and hydrogen peroxide. If this doesn't work, go see an ENT physician.
