A member asked:

I had hypothyroidism taking 200 mcg for 10 yrs tested in may normal last test .012 i was told that this cause a/f arrhythmia is this to high ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: If you have primary hypothyroidism and if your TSH is only 0.012 uu/ml, then you are taking too much levothyroxine and are hyperthyroid on this current dose. It should be decreased as it may well be contributing to your heart arrhythmia.
