How does your diet affect your skin health?

Everything: Diet has everything to do with your skin health. Each day our bodies undergo stress which release free radicals that age us. In order to counteract this we need proper nutrition filled with fruits and veggies that are power packed with antioxidants. Our GI tract is merely a reflection of our skin as our mouth and rectum is connected to our skin...If we treat our inside right our skin is healthy.

Diet and Skin: All living human cells, including skin require protein, carbohydrates, fat, vitamins and minerals among other various nutrients to function normally, so a healthy, well rounded diet is needed for this. A multi-vitamin may be helpful if your diet is lacking or poor.
