Chest fluttering: May be reflux or cardiac-Mitral valve prolapse, tachycardia or aberrant rhythm or a sensation that is unrelated to underlying cardiac rhythm. Would follow up w/ cardiologist they can do 72 hour holter or event monitor to assess rhythm. Ranitidine may help with reflux.
