Many types: Insomnia is a general term that does't begin to describe what any one person experiences but everyone knows what is meant - trouble sleeping. Causes are almost limitless: medication, alcohol, street drugs, supplements. Depression, mania and hypomania, fear, paranoia, trying to break a guiness world record, combat, natural disasters and more. The major issue is loss of function. Correct the cause.
