Check Fit: Your mask should be comfortable- you need to make sure you have the right sized mask for your face. There are now masks that just fit in your nostrils, masksade of cloth and gel masks that mold to your face. See your respiratory therapist or your sleep doctor for more assistance.

CPAP & Sleep Apnea: There are many styles of masks utilized with a CPAP machine. Depending on what your needs are, you can try several different masks to find the one that suits you best and is most comfortable.
