Several: In addition to my colleagues' responses, you can also check mental health america -- http://www.Nmha.Org/ -- and national alliance on mental illness -- http://www.Nami.Org/ there may be local affiliates of these organizations where you are, with helpful resources for you. Mental health centers do exist in some states. Some churches & religious communities also offer support.
