Nutrition and vitamins do not alter the course of illness. If the person develops breathing difficulty one should go to or be taken to a hospital. A fully vaccinated and boosted person is unlikely to get a serious illness from Covid-19 unless the person has other underlying health issues.

COVID 19 has many possible symptoms and signs. Most patients have a mild course if vaccinated. If there are underlying health issues, this increases the risk for a more prolonged course. She should self isolate, rest, drink fluids and eat a healthy diet. Adequate daily intake of Vitamin D and C in particular are recommended. Watch for prolonged or worsening cough and shortness of breath.
