A member asked:

If i had no childhood illness does that mean i have a awesome immune system? even my sister had a childhood illness

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not particularly: You may or may not have had childhood illness since many occur before the age your memory would retain the fact. I would not necessarily take risks based on the assumption you can't get ill. Childhood immunizations stretching back as far as the 1700's (cowpox/smallpox) are a major reason kids do not succumb to disease.
