Maybe: Folic acid is lost with lactation, so a supplement can be good. Prenatal vitamins also include iron, to replenish some of the blood lost at delivery. Otherwise, post-partum is not a disease, and you shouldn't need new treatment - but medicines needed for blood pressure control will sometimes be continued until your post-partum exam. And don't forget contraception for at least 12-18 monhs!

Post-partum depressi: Is a form of mild to moderate depression that occurs within 1 month after delivery & can last up to 6 months. Usual causes are past history of depression, hormonal factors, genetic factors, complications during pregnancy, or social factors . Prognosis is good with treatment.
