Tough one: if actively breast-feeding and no menses since delivery you are not ovulating and thus unlikely to conceive or become pregnant. Sorry. Enjoy the bonding time with the one you have. Breast feeding so very important to your child especially for the first year of life. No real way to make your periods (and ovulation) start up again safely. Let nature take its course. Dr. R
