Pick lowest calories: Obesity can be prevented or overcome by a permanent change in lifestyle and in personal outlook. If a person eats fewer calories than he needs to live on each day, his body will use the stored fuel (fat). If a person exercises more than he did before, but does not start eating more calories, then his body will also use up the fat (stored fuel). Easier said than done, but definitely possible to do.

Picky eater: Hello picky eater. How much are you eating and how much do you weigh? You may want o try cutting out your favorite picky food item which may be causing this food dilemma. You might consider going to a bariatric specialist or just go to a weight watcher group. You may also consider going to a food therapist. Eat more slowly and chew your food 21 times before you swallow. Good luck!
