No: Diet is one part - that controls what you take in for food. But your body needs exercise for proper functioning, conditioning, and toning. For example, your heart is a muscle - if you don't exercise it with aerobic exercise, it will become weaker. You can eat all the protein you want but if you don't train with weights, your biceps won't get bigger. And without exercise, your bones become weak.
