See an Orthopaedist: Their are different potential causes of your hip pain. Pain that occurs when you are sleeping can be a simple problem such as bursitis of the hip. An orthopaedic evaluation with x-rays is the best place to start to help identify the source of the problem and recommend treatment to help.
