I sleep on an airbed and after half the night my back starts to hurt, sleep on my back cause of hip implants,cant get a regular bed cause my apt build has had bedbugs,i get rid of the aches during the day.i put pillows on my back,any suggestions?

Get rid of bedbugs. Some will feel better if they put a board under bed covers to make it firmer. Others do not. Experiment and see is best plan. Keep a diary and share with your medical team.
