Chronic inflammation: This is a chronic condition usually resulting from infection. This is a structure around the testicle that becomes tender and is usually treated with anti-inflammatory medications such as ibuprofen. This is not life-threatening although it can impact a man's daily activities from discomfort and pressure.

Epididymitis: Chronic means long-standing and when the tissue on top of a testicle becomes inflamed/infected it is called epididymitis. Your doctor or a urologist can help. Chronic anything can sometimes be reversed so please continue to be open to resolution. Peace and good health.
