Is there a cure for chronic epididymitis without risking fertility? ive tried antibiotic for a month and it didnt seem to help

Epididymitis: I have found that the epididymus doesn't like to be messed with and even though the acute phase with pain,redness,swelling subsides with appropriate treatment, the epididymus can remain tender for years after even though there's no more infection. If enough scarring occurred it could block sperm transmission in only that testicle.
