Trigger finger?: If you have the sensation that your thymb is catching or clicking, this is common and is referred to as a trigger finger. This may improve with splinting or a cortisone injection. The yellow spot concerns me. Could be a cyst, but could it be an infection. If this gets worse, get it checked out by your doctor.
