See your doc: There's no way to tell you what this might be without seeing you in person and performing a thorough history and exam. It's very unlikely that using rubbing alcohol will help it go away. In fact, rubbing alcohol can really dry the skin and cause further problems. It is also not a good idea to put it on wounds.
