Folliculitis: if the bump is in an area where you shave, it is most likely an infected hair follicle, folliculitis. Try using a hot compress on the area to reduce the inflammation and it will go away with time. Taking Advil (ibuprofen) would help pain. Avoid shaving. consider getting tested for STDs.
