Possibly: You may also have an uti, which presents with the symptoms you mentioned. Gonorrhea also presently commonly with purulent (thick mucoid) discharge and urethritis (some of the symptoms you mentioned. Chlamydia also presents similarly but with less purulent discharge. You should get a ua, and be screened for gonorrhea and chlamydia, if high risk sexual practices even consider HIV testing.
