Angiokeratomas: Angiokeratomas of Fordyce appear as deep blue small bumps on the scrotal skin. They bleed easily as they are dilated blood vessels. They are harmless and usually do not require treatment. They can be frozen, burned or lasered off if need be. If they are not like the picture here, it would be best to see a dermatologist for further evaluation.
