Wear a bracelet: If u have a documented adrenal insufficiency and u take steroid on a regular basis then make sure that everytime u r admitted to the hospital for a routine or emergent reason or surgery or a procedure that your medical team is aware of the fact that you are steroid dependant because u may require stress dose steroids . Avoid getting dehydrated and make sure to call ur doctor when u get sick.
