A person that had a stroke a year and a half ago says he has nausea and is dizzy. should i be worried? patient is a 50 yr. old diabetic male.

Possibly: The dizziness and nausea are non-specific and may pass or be related to underlying disease i suggest evaluation by your primary care and possibly brain MRI w/ and w/out contrast w/ diffusion imaging due to history of stroke also diabetes maintenance check up, meds, glucose testing, etc.
