See a doctor ASAP: Major concern of trauma is concussion. "severe" facial trauma 4 days ago would result in numerous soft and bony tissue injuries to blood vessels, nerves, muscles, bones. Any could be the source. See your doctor asap.

See a physician: Your symptoms could be related to a post concussive effect or muscle and/or nerve damage related to your trauma. In the immediate period after then injury, swelling from inflammation and edema could also cause these symptoms.
