Go to Er: The constant headache & nausea is concerning. Go to the er and get examined immediately. I hope that everything is ok!

Concussion : Concussion with or without loss of consciousnesses can certainly due this. Blunt head trauma can cause more serious and urgent conditions which can too manifest with a constant headache and nausea. Immediate evaluation by a doctor, urgent care or at the er is recommended without being able to perform an examination.
