I had got into an altercation and i was struck in the temple 2x. i have had a constant headache and neausa since.coud this be possible be head trauma?

Concussion : Concussion with or without loss of consciousnesses can certainly due this. Blunt head trauma can cause more serious and urgent conditions which can too manifest with a constant headache and nausea. Immediate evaluation by a doctor, urgent care or at the er is recommended without being able to perform an examination.
