Nearly all: There are always exceptions, so the moment i say there are none that don't agree, someone will point out who that exception is. However, vaccination is really not controversial at all within the medical community. There has been so much research, and the proof is so overwhelmingly on the side of vaccinating, that the only controversy is over why so many people put their kids at risk by refusing.

Only those...: ...Who have had to spend nights trying to keep alive desperately sick children infected by diseases they should never have been susceptible to in the first place - yes, those of us agree on the usefulness of vaccination. I can see how someone who never set foot in a pediatric ICU could disagree.

Nope: There is not 100 percent agreement about anything in medicine. There is a small group of physicians/scientists that do not. Their numbers are small.
