Environment: Begin educating yourself on problems with food, air and water. These are the major 3 areas of environmental concern. Then begin a progressive program of improving your family's exposure to environmental toxins. Many things can be done in your home to improve your family's health.

Start by avoiding: It's impossible to totally avoid toxins but minimize exposures. Start by eating organic food as much as possible and esp. avoid GMO's (this makes it difficult to eat at most restaurants). Invest in a good water purifier. Minimize toxic materials/mold in your home and consider air purifiers. Also beware of the hazards of EMF's.Take a quality multivitamin. I advise the book Toxic by Neil Nathan MD.
