Probably: More likely a sinus infection - see what an ENT thinks. Be careful with those repeat concussion - chronic traumatic encephalopathy is real and even small decreases in brain function can make your life much harder. See a qualified concussion md soon.

Possible : Minor head trauma which lead to concussion can lead to memory problems or headache that get worse with exercise. Best to seek the attention of a neurologist in your area who can assess you for a "post-concussive" syndrome and give you options to treat it if possible.
