my voice is really ugly. is there a way that i can change my voice permanently?

Ugly how?: There are many voice problems which are correctable. If your voice is hoarse, raspy, or otherwise abnormal, then you should see your local laryngologist or ent. If you smoke, stop immediately. That will invariably damage the voice. Other problems like laryngeal reflux and vocal abuse may be causing the problem, and can be corrected. In some select cases, surgery may improve your voice.

Perhaps...: It depends upon what you mean by "ugly". Certain vocal qualities can be modified with speech therapy, while others require medication, lifestyle changes, or even surgery. You need to be examined by a laryngologist for further information.
