Probably not: It's easier to ingest/swallow than inhale the glass. If you have inhaled it, you more likely will have persistent cough and spitting of blood. Take some peptobismol and drink lots of water to coat the glass particles. A chest xray may not show the inhaled glass. If you have persistent choking, nausea, gagging, vomiting or spitting blood, go to the er for evaluation. Hope you feel better!
