Throat burns: Depends on the cause. The burning may be due to gastric contents that regurgitate into your throat during the night (called gerd). Treatment involves stopping the reflux. Other causes could be post nasl drip or sometimes dental problems. See your doctor for examination to determine the cause and then you can get proper treatment.

Dryness/GERD: May be due to dryness or gerd, best to see your otolaryngologist for exact diagnosis and treatment.
