Maybe: Abdominal pain after eating may be your body telling you to wait a bit. However, there are more serious conditions involving a diversion of blood flow to the intestinal tract after eating which should be evaluated by your physician.

Post prandial activi: Please be more specific. What kind of activity? Just a routine walk of something more strenuous like hiking?! depending on which activity, it may be abnormal. See a gastroenterologist for a detailed history and physical exam.
