What is something healthy i can do at the end of the day to unwind?

Meditation: There are many ways in which to "unwind" and relieve stress. Meditation is an important and effective way to do this. A simple meditation technique: find a quiet, comfortable place where you can be undisturbed. Close your eyes and take slow deep breaths inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth, "hyper-focusing" on listening to your breaths. Do this for 5-20 minutes daily.

Go for a walk, : Tops, meditation, listen to music that you love. Anything you find relaxing is a good idea.

Unwinding: Tai chi is a very relaxing form of exercise/meditation, often done to music. Can lower blood pressure, improve balance, tone muscles. Requires no special clothing or equipment; can be done almost anywhere, any time.
