Yes: If by "work well" you mean whether medications don't interact with each other then all medications used for adhd can also be used with medications that are commonly called mood stabilizers used for treatment of bipolar disorder.

Yes, and: Not only are there add medications that work well with mood stabilizers, but not treating the bipolar comorbid with add will lead many times to poor control of add, & vice-versa.

Why are you asking?: This is a question that shouldn't be answered without learning what the meds are being used for. Is the mood stabilizer the appropriate one? Are there multiple diagnoses being made? Is there drug or alcohol use?
