How can i help eye dryness?

More tears: Dry eyes can be due to insufficient tears or poor tear composition. Artificial tears can help as well as adding omega-3 fat supplements. Drinking more water and staying from drying medications such as decongestants can help as well. If these are insufficient, there may be more problems - see your ophthalmologist.

Artificial tears: Various levels of thin to thick artificial tears, restasis, punctal plugs, moisture chamber goggles, maintaining good eyelid hygiene, avoidance of medications affecting tear production, treatment of autoimmune or inflammatory conditions affecting tear production, environmental changes affecting tear evaporation rate.
