More tears: Dry eyes can be due to insufficient tears or poor tear composition. Artificial tears can help as well as adding omega-3 fat supplements. Drinking more water and staying from drying medications such as decongestants can help as well. If these are insufficient, there may be more problems - see your ophthalmologist.
