Consistent schedule: Keep the same schedule even on off days. Wear sunglasses when you leave work in the morning if the sun is rising. Go straight home to bed with black out curtains keeping light out. Use earplugs if it is noisy when trying to sleep. At work stand up & move around a few times an hour. Hopefully you work with others, interacting with them helps. Try a cup of coffee at the beginning of your shift too.
